Mailed Back Returns/ Store Pickup Orders
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Pretty Girls Rock Gift Card. Gift card email is sent once items have been inspected and processed as returned. Item(s) are only exchangeable within 7days. You have 7 days to send back item(s) from the date Usps states it was delivered. All items are inspected before they shipped out. We'll not accept any garments that have been worn, washed or sent back after the return time.

When picking up items you must have ID and credit card used for order. Any items left in store over 7 days is put back and its a restocking fee of 25%. THE RESTOCKING WILL BE TAKEN FROM THE STORE CREDIT THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE FOR THE RESTOCKED ITEMS. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU DO HAPPEN TO GET COVID WHILE YOUR ORDER(S) ARE AT STORE, PLEASE CALL STORE AND PAY FOR SHIPPING. WE CAN'T HOLD ANY ITEMS DUE TO COVID. Preorder items are estimated to arrive on the date posted of the items description. However, that's an estimated . The item can arrive that date or up to two weeks later from the estimated arrival date. Preorder orders are not refunded unless the item(s) do not arrive within the two week estimated date. Preorders that do arrive on time is only exchange for store credit.
When shipping shoes the box sometime is very heavy. Some shoes will not come shipped in the original shoe box.
WHEN MAKING AN RETURN:
- Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.
- Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.
- Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice.
- Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen package
